Florence the automaton required two Victorian style theatrical lamp shades for her illumination. None were available, so I used amazing photogrammetry to ‘scan’ a real one into the computer. Once shrunk down and having had mounting points for the LED added, I 3D printed them. Several people asked where they could purchase one, so I decided to refine the design so it could be sold as a working unit. The lamps are 56mm (23/16 inches) high, although I’m happy to increase or decrease their size; email me to discuss your requirements. They contain a warm white, 1watt LED. Each lamp is supplied with a resistor and an instruction sheet explaining how to connect it to a 5 volt supply. They are supplied with an M3 nut and bolt for fixing onto your invention.
